Returns Policy – Online Orders Only

If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact the R&Z Wigs Australia customer service team within 3 days of receiving your product. We cannot accept returns after this period, and refunds will not be issued.

You have 3 business days to send the product back from the day you received it. Day 1 is the day the item arrives.

Once you email R&Z customer service and receive approval to return your item, we will refund 100% of the product cost, excluding shipping, payment fees (credit card, PayPal, ZipPay), and sale items, which are final. PayPal payments incur an additional 5% non-refundable fee.

Preparing Your Return

  • The wig must be in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Items must be unworn, uncut, no make-up stains, unaltered, and uncolored.

  • Do not cut the lace or try to alter the wig before returning it.

  • Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you.

Accessories and clearance/special items cannot be returned. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with all returns.

Pre-Order/Custom Orders

  • Pre-order or custom wigs follow a different policy.

  • Cancelling after an order is processed incurs a 40% cancellation fee.

  • Once a custom wig is ordered, no changes or returns are allowed.

How to Return

Email Info@rzwigsaustralia.com within 3 days of receiving your package with your tracking number. Refunds are processed within 1–2 days of receiving and inspecting your item.

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges only for items that meet the return requirements.

  • After inspection, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection of your exchange.

  • No restocking fee applies, but shipping and extra costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping

  • After placing your order, we will email your tracking number.

  • If your parcel is held by customs, you or we may be contacted.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs; these are non-refundable.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Returns over $75 must be sent via a trackable service or insured. R&Z Wigs is not responsible for lost items sent by the customer. We only take responsibility for items lost from R&Z to the customer.

Customs

  • Check your country’s import policies before ordering.

  • You must pay any customs fees; R&Z Wigs Australia does not cover them.

  • If you refuse to pay customs, the package will return to R&Z Wigs Australia.

  • Additional courier fees may apply, and we will deduct these costs from any refund.
