Customs, Shipping & Returns
R&Z online only return policy states that if you have change of mind or not 100% happy with the product you must contact the R&Z Wigs Australia customer service team with in 3 days of getting the product before sending the product back or R&Z will not accept the return and will not refund the full purchase.
If you decide to send the product back , you have 3 buisness days to send it back from the day you received it . The first day you receive it is considered day 1 .
Once you have sent R&Z customer service an email and have been approved to send the item back, we will refund you 100 percent of the products. Excluding shipping and any extra fees that R&Z has to pay (credit card, PayPal, Zippay) and any sales wigs are finale, so they can’t be returned. If you pay with PayPal it will be an additional 5% that will not be refunded.
To ensure you have the correct cap size please make sure you measure your head as per our size chart. please note: measurements are in cm and it is essential that you measure your head accurately prior to ordering your unit, if you have any difficulties please contact us.
If you decide to cancel your in-stock order before it is shipped out, there will be a 10% cancellation fee..
The wig must be in original packaging, with a tag, unworn, uncut or altered in anyway. we cannot accept returned wigs that have had the lace or hair cut or been worn or resized or coloured. please take care when trying on the wig and do not cut the lace.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Accessories and all items purchased from the clearance items / specials section are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All Pre-Order/Custom Order Wigs (not in stock) will follow a different fee policy after the wig or topper has shipped out. If at any point after making your order you wish to cancel your order and we already put the order through a 40 percent cancellation fee will apply . Please note that once a wig or topper has been ordered, no further changes can be made. All custom wigs can not be returned !!
~ If you wish to send a wig or topper back, please email Info@rzwigsaustralia.com within 3 days of receiving your package along with your tracking number. Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving your package and after it has been inspected.

R&Z will let you exchange a wig/ topper only If its in the original packaging, with a tag, unworn, uncut or altered in anyway. we cannot accept returned wigs/ toppers that have had the lace or hair cut or been worn or resized or coloured.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. You can exchange with out any restocking fee but will have to pay for the shipping or any extra costs .
Once your order been submitted and sent, R&Z wigs Australia will send you an email with your tracking number, if your parcel been held by customs they will contact you or us. if your parcel hasn’t arrived on time, please contact the courier or us and we will try and track it for you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. R&Z will not take responsibility on any lost items that were sent back to R&Z . R&Z will only take responsibility on lost items that have been sent from R&Z to customer.
Please be aware of your country’s policies regarding import and buying good from overseas. if your parcel will be held up by customs you will be required to pay it. R&Z Wigs Australia will not be covering custom fees. if you refuse to pay the package will return to R&Z Wigs Australia.
If this happens, R&Z Wigs Australia may be required to pay additional charges to the courier due to the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. we will recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund the remaining money to you as soon as we have received the parcel.
